Random bits n pieces....

Ok so slowly adapting back into the routine of work, kids, school, life etc. So right now my brain is not functioning too well so please excuse any rambling that may occur in this post. :)
Papercrafts is on this weekend and I so want to go!! But with Kiwi only a week away and lots on I just don't think that I am going to get there. Oh well there is always next year. To all of you that are going... have a fantastic time.
Tomorrow we pick up our new car! Wooo hoo!!! Can not wait.
My PC has died! (fortunately I still have my MAC book) A couple of weeks ago it started doing some weird stuff. Well yesterday couldn't even get it to the log on screen. Just kept looping through this weird start up screen. Well the techs rang me today and said they think they are going to have to completely rebuild it! GRRRR who knows just how much that is going to cost me. They asked me if anything on there I desperately needed them to save. Fortunately I backed up my files to External Harddrive about 4 weeks ago! So it has only been stuff over the last few weeks that I will lose. But at least all my photos are safe and the rest are on my camera. But it means all my emails are gone! Grrrr... so if you have emailed me within the last 3-4 weeks and I have't responded it may be for that reason. I know only check my emails on my MAC so hopefully won't be an issue now.
Lots of some really yukky negative stuff floating around the net in the scrapping industry in Australia at the moment. I am not going to say too much about it other then to say it is really sad to see. I truly hope that we can get back into sharing, creating and just inspiring each other.
Have I told you how much I *heart* my MAC book?(As I sit here on the lounge typing out my post whilst watching TV.. Gotta love that)
It is only 7 weeks until Christmas! Like who stole the rest of the year from me?

So sorry for not being here for such a long time. My computer crashed and didn't do anything anymore. So I just had to wait and wait till it got fixed. Well it is fixed now but won''t be for long I think I need a new one.
Anyway I love the story about Lavender, what a lovely idea of Jen to give her a little felt bag and some goodies for Jake :)

I had similar with my computer a few weeks ago. Fortunately i only had to have a re-format so i didnt't loose too much. I did loose my emails like you though and now i have a BIG problem! I ahve a missing layout and I have rang all the mags to see who has it, and NONE of them do...:( Since i lost all my emails i don't have a record of the original acceptance letter. Not happy Jan! Anyway, this comment wasn't supose to be all about me...lol.

from the ScrapHappy podcast that there's an uproar on the 2007 Hall of Fame for Creating Keepsakes. What's happenned to scrapping and sharing?
